NIDOPAN®

The NIDOPAN® honeycomb cardboard panel responds to the needs of Green Packaging and is used, due to its versatility, as a completely eco–friendly generic packaging material in numerous sectors.

It is made with cardboard honeycomb, covered with recyclable cardboard covers, Test-liner or Kraf-liner, of different weights.

Our production line allows us to obtain panels with thicknesses ranging from 8 mm to 110 mm, and in variable formats based on customer requests.

It is a valid alternative in terms of lightness, robustness and recyclability compared to other packaging materials.

Tests carried out at certified laboratories attest to the high resistance to compression, which varies from 1.5 to 3.7 Kg for square cm, depending on the mesh and weight of the cover used.

APPLICATIONS

NIDOPAN® can be supplied with different types of processes:

Cut to size for the production of protective packaging and cardboard protectors.
Die-cut, creased, assembled, pressed, shaped, double–adhesive and engraved
for the production of honeycomb cardboard corners.

Given its robustness and lightness it is widely used as a filler, shock absorber, cardboard separator of surfaces and spacer in various production sectors such as:
furniture, automotive, mechanics, household appliances, electronic equipment, air conditioning, food, plastic film production, cosmetics, glass, ceramics and textiles.

Our consolidated experience in these sectors makes us capable of providing targeted consultancy also in other production areas, to obtain innovative packaging solutions and as packaging material.

Robustness

Due to its renowned characteristics of robustness and lightness, NIDOPAN® is widely used both as a filler and as a shock absorber and separator of honeycomb cardboard surfaces as well as a honeycomb cardboard spacer, in various production sectors. Also in the logistics field: loading and transport of goods, as a valid eco–compatible alternative to other products. The result of constant attention to the environment, NIDOPAN® satisfies three growing and complementary needs: lightening of the weight in transport, the consequent decrease in costs and lesser environmental impact.
